My MadMuscles Refund Request for Trial and Extra Charge Is Ignored

I am still very upset about my refund situation. I asked for a refund on September 8 for both the $9.99 trial charge and the $29.95 MadMuscles charged me after the trial without my consent. This is a seriously shady practice, and I have seen many reviews saying the same thing happened to others. I have been emailing back and forth for a long time, and all I keep hearing is “it’s under review.” Where is my money? I am not giving up on this, so I need a real update as soon as possible, with a clear timeline and an explanation for the runaround.
