MadMuscles Charged Me Again Despite Selecting One-Time Plan—I Want a Refund

I purchased a 4-week program from MadMuscles, and during checkout, I specifically selected the one-time payment option. I made sure not to choose any subscription-based or recurring payment plan. However, the following month, I was charged again without my consent.

I never authorized this second payment and received no prior notification or email informing me that I would be charged again. This is misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to trap users into subscriptions they didn’t agree to.

I’ve since canceled the so-called “subscription,” but that’s not enough. I want a full refund for the second unauthorized charge. MadMuscles, if you claim to be a trustworthy fitness app, you need to respect your users’ choices and provide clarity during checkout.

Please process my refund immediately and confirm that no further charges will be made to my account. This kind of experience leaves a bad impression, and I won’t be recommending your service unless this is resolved properly.
