MadMuscles took my money and refused to refund. I signed up for a 1-month trial for $3.99, and then they charged me another $29.99 without my permission. I have been emailing them for a refund, and an AI bot just responds by saying that my application is under review. Their process is very dishonest and manipulative. I will do what it takes to get this refund. There are many reviews that have a similar story. Date of experience: June 02, 2025
