I went to a Watsons store to buy a concealer. A store employee recommended a concealer from the Deborah brand. Since it was my first time purchasing this brand, I trusted the employee’s recommendation and bought the suggested shade.
After leaving the store and trying the product, I realized that the color did not suit me at all and had a strong yellow tone. I contacted customer service and was told that I could exchange or return the product, but I have not been able to reach customer service despite multiple attempts.
I would like to return the product.
