Unfortunately I was caught out. I ordered the basic app and minutes later was charged 50€ for something I neither wanted nor ordered. I immediately emailed MadMuscles to cancel and get a refund. Initially I got a quick and pleasant reply, but no refund came, upon further asking, I either got no reply or on three occasions an offer to purchase the unwanted extras at half price. I have been in arbetration for nearly 6 weeks and am getting nowhere. I can only say, don't even open up their webpage, it could be expensive.
