I Canceled My MadMuscles Subscription But They Still Charged Me

I’m extremely frustrated with MadMuscles. Despite canceling my subscription in advance, they still went ahead and charged me ₺1.520 for another month. I made sure to follow their cancellation steps, yet they act like I never did. When I reached out, they threw their usual excuse—“It’s a subscription-based service, don’t forget!”—right back at me, ignoring my actual concern.

It’s not my fault if their app has glitches or doesn’t reflect my cancellation properly. I have screenshots and proof that my subscription was canceled on time. Still, they processed the payment like nothing happened.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like theft. I demand a full refund immediately and expect MadMuscles to fix their billing and cancellation systems before more users are unfairly charged.
