Madame Coco Ignored My Cancellation Request, Shipped Order After 2 Weeks

I placed an order on Madame Coco’s website on September 26, 2024, and immediately requested to cancel the same day. Despite sending emails and repeatedly speaking with customer service, who assured me that my cancellation request was being processed, they still shipped the order on October 10, 2024, as if mocking my request. I have continuously asked for a refund, but no one has had the decency to respond. When I saw the shipment notification and called again, they claimed the cancellation wasn't forwarded to the warehouse. Even though I stated I would not accept the package and it would be returned, they told me the refund would only be processed after they received it back. It’s been two frustrating weeks of calls, and this level of treatment is completely unacceptable. I demand my refund immediately.
