I am writing to report an issue with a withdrawal I requested on 1win. My 1win account ID is 359688504. On April 26, 2026, at 12:24 AM, I initiated a withdrawal of 1,200 INR via IMPS from my 1win account in India, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

Since making the request, I have not received any information or explanation regarding the status of this withdrawal. I contacted 1win support both yesterday and today, but I have not received any response, and my messages remain unanswered.

I request that my 1,200 INR IMPS withdrawal be processed immediately and that I be clearly informed about the status of this transaction, including the reason for the delay. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and the pending amount to be credited to my account without any further delay.
