I am a Navy Federal customer, and I have recently discovered repeated charges from a service called Famradar (listed as “Famradar 6503197416 FL” on my statement). I was charged $39.99 today and I have also been charged in the last two months for the same service, even though I never knowingly authorized or agreed to any subscription with Famradar. When I contacted Navy Federal about these charges, I was told to reach out to the 650 number associated with the Famradar entry on my statement. I do not recognize this service, and I am concerned that my card details may be used without my clear consent. I request that all Famradar charges for the last couple of months, including the $39.99 charged today, be refunded and that any Famradar-related subscription or recurring payment linked to my card be canceled immediately so that no further charges are made.
