Parimatch Withdrawal Options Are Not Available After Winning

I am writing to report a serious issue I am experiencing with my Parimatch account regarding withdrawals. I use Parimatch from India through a mobile browser, and after a recent win, all withdrawal options suddenly became unavailable on my account.

I currently have a balance of 20,000 INR that I am unable to withdraw. This problem started on April 26, 2026, immediately after my win, and since then no withdrawal methods are visible in my account. As a result, I cannot access my funds at all.

My Parimatch user ID is 995430648. I have tried contacting Parimatch support via email, but I have not received any response, and I have not been able to reach them through any other effective channel.

I request that my withdrawal options be restored as soon as possible so I can withdraw my 20,000 INR balance without restrictions and continue using the platform normally. I also expect a clear explanation as to why my withdrawal options were removed right after my win and why my support requests have gone unanswered.
