I am a 1win user from India, and I am currently facing an issue with a withdrawal that has been pending for an extended period. I requested a withdrawal of 1,200 via the IMPS method, and it has now been pending for approximately 28 hours without being credited to my bank account.

My 1win account ID is 9185352. When I contacted your support team regarding this delay, they only provided me with an appeal number but did not resolve the issue or complete the transaction. I still have not received any clear update on when my funds will be processed.

I find this situation and the handling of it unacceptable. I urgently request that my pending IMPS withdrawal of 1,200 be processed and credited to my bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear and prompt update on the status of this transaction, as I need access to these funds without any further delay.
