I placed an order online to purchase 10 items at Madam Coco on December 3, 2023. I paid more than ₺3000 for that. Till today, January 23, 2024, they did not deliver my products and neither processed a refund. I wrote to them seven letters, but Madam Coco employees ignore my letters and do not return the money. It is the worst company I ever dealt with.
