Madame Coco Order Canceled But Still Shipped – Requesting Refund

I placed an order (ID: 2731600635716633) on October 8, 2024, and decided to cancel it the following evening after seeing a new campaign with more products. I canceled the order through the mobile app, and it was marked as "confirmed." To be sure, I called customer service, and they assured me the cancellation was in process. Yet, two hours after the call, at 9:50 PM, my order, which wasn't even being prepared, was suddenly marked as shipped. This is unacceptable, especially since I’ve bought 90% of my trousseau from Madame Coco. I request an immediate refund, and if the package arrives, I will return it. This is an unnecessary hassle.
