Mac Highlighter Ordered Online Arrived With Hair Inside the Product


Two days ago, I received my order from Mac Cosmetics’ official online store. The product was a highlighter (Order No: 6873909862). To my shock and disappointment, when I opened the packaging, I found a strand of hair inside the product.
This is not only unacceptable from a hygiene perspective but also seriously damages trust in the brand’s quality control standards. As a long-time Mac customer, I did not expect such negligence from a globally recognized cosmetics company.
After noticing this issue, I tried to contact Mac customer service, but I could not find a direct email address or an effective way to report the problem. The lack of accessible communication channels only added to my frustration.
I request that this matter be thoroughly investigated, and I expect Mac to take immediate steps to ensure better hygiene and product safety checks so that such incidents do not happen again. My trust in the brand has been seriously shaken, and I expect a clear resolution to this issue.
