I Face Wrong Shade Issue With My MAC Studio Radiance Foundation Purchase

On September 28, 2025, I visited the Mac Cosmetics store at Kapasite Mall to purchase a foundation from the Studio Radiance series. Since I couldn’t remember my exact shade number, I asked the staff to check my previous purchase records. I specifically mentioned that I was very happy with my previous foundation and wanted the exact same one. Despite this, they gave me a different shade.

I bought the product just yesterday and noticed the mistake this morning — it hasn’t even been 12 hours. I haven’t opened the packaging, and I still have the receipt. However, I’ve been unable to reach the store by phone.
