Yesterday (18.09.2024), I purchased the MAC Fluid foundation. I was given a sample of the Radiance Serum foundation, and after trying it, I realized it suited my skin much better. Today (19.09.2024), I went to exchange the unopened, unused product for the Radiance foundation, but I was told that exchanges are not allowed due to company policy. However, MAC's online sales clearly state a 15-day exchange period for unused, sealed products.

Considering foundation is a long-term product, it doesn’t make sense for me to use something I don’t prefer when I could have the product that works for me. If I buy the new one, the original purchase will go to waste. MAC urgently needs to address this and offer a solution.
