Discriminatory Behavior and Poor Treatment at the Mac Cosmetics Store
At the MAC Cosmetics store, while the staff showed colors and assisted every other customer one by one, neither my sister nor I received any attention. On the contrary, we were met with unfriendly looks and poor treatment. We believe this happened because we wear headscarves, as we were the only ones wearing them at the time and were the only ones treated this way. I found this behavior and such staff completely unworthy of a brand as big as MAC. I sincerely hope that, moving forward, you employ people who genuinely understand and respect others.
