Bobbi Brown Left Me with a Faulty Blusher and Refused to Help


Bobbi Brown sold me a spare blusher; since my previous one still had some use, I didn't open the new one for six months. When I did, at last, I found it to be cracked and defective with absolutely no color payoff. I called customer support right away hoping for a decent answer. They told me, though, that too much time had gone by and they were reluctant to assist. I feel completely let down and stuck with an obviously faulty product now. Although I trusted Bobbi Brown's quality, it's quite annoying that a business like them won't assume accountability for their goods, therefore leaving me without answer.
