Lufthansa Lost My Baggage on Munich - Budapest Flight
On August 18th at 10:15 PM, I flew from Munich to Budapest through Lufthansa. Despite a 1-hour flight delay, my luggage was not loaded onto the same plane. Half of the passengers faced the same issue, blaming insufficient staffing. I came to Budapest for tourism and urgently need my medication from my missing luggage. I demand immediate delivery and compensation for my distress. I have been stranded in Europe since Friday night and need to return to Turkey by August 26th. I filled out a form with reference number BUDLH17452, but Lufthansa customer service instructed us to contact Çelebi ground handling company, whom I cannot reach. I demand a prompt resolution and will initiate legal action.
