Lufian Does Not Accept the Button Defect In the Pants

I have been a Lufian customer for years. Recently, I purchased two pairs of jeans from the Lufian Isparta branch. After wearing one of them only a few times, I noticed that wires started coming out from the sides of the button, and the button itself became loose. It is about to fall off at any moment. This issue clearly stems from a problem during the button fastening process. I went to the store for an exchange. The store staff was genuinely helpful, and I have no complaints about them. They sent the jeans for inspection. After about 15 days, they were returned without an exchange, claiming it was a user error. However, the other pair of jeans, which is the same model and size, has no issues with the button. If the problem were due to my waist size being too tight, both pairs should have had the same issue. How can the button of a pair of jeans that I wore only two or three times become loose due to a "user error" (!)? I'm not using the jeans to pull a car or performing a load test on the button. If I had worn them for six months and the button had loosened, I would accept responsibility. But how is it my fault when a button cannot even withstand being worn twice? The staff at the Isparta store is not at fault in any way; this is entirely a manufacturing defect and a failure on the part of the complaints evaluation team. Your standard responses attempting to console me are not satisfactory. I demand an urgent exchange as this is a manufacturing defect. A defect is not limited to color fading—damaging the fabric while fastening the button is also your responsibility. I expect a solution. I expect an exchange.
