A product was purchased from Lufian and was dry-cleaned about 3 or 4 times. However, there was a noticeable and significant change in the color of the product. Initially, I went to the dry cleaning service, assuming it was their fault, but I later realized the issue was not with them. Instead, it was due to a problem with the fabric of the product, as the shine on the fabric became more pronounced after the second wash. The fabric's texture also seemed to deteriorate, making the product look worn out much sooner than expected. This kind of quality issue is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Lufian. The discoloration and changes in the product were evident, and it was sent back to Lufian for review.
