As someone who has previously used L’Oréal Telescopic Mascara and already submitted a complaint about the same issue, I decided to give the product another chance even though no resolution was provided. On March 2, 2026, I purchased a new one from a Rossmann store. However, I am still experiencing the same problem—my under-eyes end up covered in mascara residue, and throughout the day the product smudges and runs constantly.
The fact that this issue continues with a newly purchased product, just like before, is seriously concerning both in terms of comfort and usability. For this reason, I am requesting a product replacement for my L’Oréal Telescopic Mascara. I also ask that the product be thoroughly examined and that I receive a response regarding the outcome.
