I purchased L’Oréal Paris Telescopic Mascara on February 7, and I am not satisfied with it at all. Even though I tried the product 6–7 times, it did not deliver any of the effects stated on the packaging or highlighted in advertisements. It looks like I’m barely wearing any product on my lashes. Even though my lashes are naturally good, this mascara does not define them, add volume, or provide length, and overall it creates a very low-quality appearance.
I paid over $32 for this product, and despite that price, its performance is extremely disappointing. I expected much better results from a global and trusted brand like L’Oréal, but I’m not getting satisfactory performance even for daily use.
To resolve my dissatisfaction, I primarily request a refund of the amount I paid. If a refund is not possible, I would like the product to be examined and, based on the results, to be provided with a new and problem-free product of at least the same value. I kindly ask that the necessary review and actions be taken to resolve my issue and that I be informed about the process.
