I purchased the L'Oréal Paris water-based moisturizer, and right after buying it, the cap broke apart in my hand. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened — I’ve experienced the same issue repeatedly with this product.
Because the cap doesn’t function properly, I’m forced to completely remove it and use the product without proper sealing, which is neither hygienic nor convenient. For a product at this price point and from a globally recognized brand like L’Oréal, I expect not just good formulation but also durable, user-friendly packaging.
I’m very disappointed and frustrated by this ongoing flaw. I kindly request L’Oréal to redesign the packaging or provide an alternative solution for customers who continue to face this issue. A premium skincare product should not come with such a basic and recurring packaging problem. Please address this promptly.
