I bought the L'Oréal Paris Telescopic Mascara and was initially satisfied with the results. Everything seemed fine during the first few uses. However, a few days later, I began experiencing irritation in my eye. At first, I couldn’t pinpoint the cause, but the symptoms continued to worsen over the course of three weeks.
Eventually, I saw a doctor, who confirmed that I had developed a serious eye infection. After eliminating all other possibilities and carefully retracing my skincare and makeup routine, I realized the issue was being caused by this mascara. It’s incredibly upsetting to learn that a product I trusted and applied so close to my eyes could cause this kind of harm.
The mascara may have been contaminated or poorly formulated, but regardless of the cause, the result has been a painful and disruptive experience.
L'Oréal, I expect you to take this issue seriously. I’m requesting a full investigation into the batch of this product and a clear explanation of what went wrong. Additionally, I believe a refund and compensation are warranted given the medical and emotional stress this has caused. No cosmetic product should compromise a person’s health. Please respond promptly.
