I purchased the L'Oréal Paris Excellence Cool Crème 6.11 Extra Dark Ash Blonde hair dye from Watsons, expecting high-quality, salon-level results from a premium brand. However, the result was a complete disappointment. After applying the dye to my entire hair using two full boxes, I ended up with a strange, inconsistent color—mostly coppery, reddish-orange tones that are the exact opposite of what the product promised. To make matters worse, it failed to cover my grays, which was one of the main reasons I bought this product in the first place.
Instead of achieving the cool ash tones I was hoping for, my hair now has a brassy, uneven tone that I absolutely hate. The damage to my confidence and appearance is significant, and I honestly did not expect this from a brand like L'Oréal. If this were a cheap, no-name product, I might be able to accept the result—but this was not only expensive, it completely ruined my hair color.
I request that L'Oréal take responsibility for this issue and offer compensation. This experience has shaken my trust in your brand, and unless action is taken to resolve the damage, I will not be purchasing L'Oréal products again. Please respond with a solution.
