Logitech Ignoring My Headset Issue – Not Charging and Update Error

I’ve been facing issues with my Logitech headset—it won’t charge, and I keep getting an update error. I’ve been trying to get help through their live support, but I haven’t received any response yet. For a service that claims to be 24/7, all I’m getting are automated replies, and my problem has been unresolved for two weeks now.
I’m extremely frustrated with this lack of support and expect a proper solution soon. Logitech needs to step up and provide the help they promise, especially for products under warranty. Please resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
