I purchased the Logitech Pro X Superlight mouse, and I’m experiencing serious issues with the scroll wheel. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all, other times it lags and moves erratically. Occasionally, when I scroll down, it moves up instead. I’m also facing similar problems with my Logitech G733 headset, where the volume wheel behaves inconsistently. Both products were expensive, and it’s incredibly frustrating to deal with these issues, especially given the current tough economic conditions. I expect a prompt resolution to these defects. A product at this price point should not malfunction like this, and I need this issue fixed as soon as possible.
