Logitech Returned My Keyboard from Warranty Damaged and Scratched

I sent my Logitech keyboard for warranty repair because some keys weren’t working. The keyboard and its box were in perfect condition with no scratches when I sent them. However, when I got the product back, the box was torn apart, and the keyboard was scratched and damaged, especially the keys and charging cable.
I’ve only had the keyboard for two months, using it daily without any issues, and I never scratched it. It’s unbelievable that the warranty service would return it in this condition and label it as “repaired.” This is extremely disappointing, and I expect Logitech to resolve this issue immediately.
