Laboratoire SVR Moisturizer Caused Allergic Reaction and Severe Breakouts

Three days ago, I purchased a Laboratoire SVR moisturizer from a store in Sincan, Ankara. The pharmacy employee assured me it was suitable for my skin, but after using it, my face broke out in painful, inflamed acne and had a severe allergic reaction.

I trusted the recommendation and spent a significant amount of money on this product, only for it to damage my skin instead of helping it. Now I’m left dealing with irritation and breakouts, and I feel completely misled by the staff’s advice.

I demand a full refund or a replacement with a safe product. Laboratoire SVR, take responsibility and address this issue immediately!
