L’Occitane Immortelle Eye Cream Caused Dark Spots—Not Brightening

I purchased the L’Occitane Immortelle Eye Cream after a sales associate recommended it for brightening, but instead of improving my skin, it left dark spots exactly where I applied it. I am extremely frustrated and uncomfortable with this outcome.

Additionally, the L’Occitane facial toner caused redness and an allergic reaction on my skin. This brand claims to offer high-quality skincare, but instead, their products damaged my skin rather than improving it.

I strongly do not recommend using L’Occitane’s skincare products, as they can do more harm than good. I demand an explanation and a resolution from the company. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? L’Occitane, fix this!
