I'm angry right now because the Lipton tea from the eastern Black Sea region was tainted with a foul taste and smell. It even made us sick, requiring us to visit the hospital. Worse, no one from Lipton's customer service department appears to be responding to our concerns. We can't reach them by phone, and neither of their social media accounts is responding. I mean, who is to blame for this? Why isn't Lipton Turkey accepting responsibility and communicating with us? It's incredibly difficult because all we want are answers and assistance. It's not like we're asking for anything out of the ordinary. All I'm asking is for someone from Lipton to contact me and explain what happened with their product. It is crucial that they accept responsibility and ensure that this does not happen to anyone else. I'm hoping they'll get back to me soon and solve that problem properly.
