Calzedonia Refused My Refund Because I Paid by QR Code

I purchased a pair of leggings from the Calzedonia store in Antalya Migros on 02.02.2026. When I later decided to return the product, I visited the same store on 25.02.2026 and again on 02.03.2026. However, the staff informed me that they could not refund my money because the payment had been made by QR code. During the purchase, no one informed me that paying by QR code would prevent a refund or create any restriction on returning the product. I find it unacceptable that such an important condition was not shared with me at the time of purchase. I have my receipt/invoice for this purchase, and I am ready to present it when needed. I request a full refund of the amount I paid, to be made to my original payment method, and I kindly ask you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
