On February 23, 2026, I ordered a pair of Helena 20202-088 shoes for my daughter from Camper’s official website. Even though there was no issue with my order, it was canceled on March 1, 2026, with no explanation other than a vague statement citing a “technical issue.” The order number was 4007933851.

After the cancellation, I contacted customer service, but I received the same automated response stating only that the order was canceled due to a technical issue, with no further details provided. Despite this, I can see that the same product is still available on the website at a higher price. This situation makes me feel as though I am being forced to repurchase the item at the increased price.

I am requesting that the product be sent to me at the original price at which I placed the order, without further delay. I do not want to be compelled to buy it again at a higher price, and I expect this matter to be resolved transparently and in a way that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
