Hacker Took Over My Telegram and Changed Recovery Email

I am writing to report that my Telegram account has been hacked and is currently being used for scam activities without my consent. The phone number linked to my hacked Telegram account is 87084189**. I last had normal access to my account around mid-February, while I was using it in Sonipat, Haryana. After the hacking, the recovery email linked to my account (protushar0***@gmail.com) was also changed by the attacker, so I can no longer restore access through the usual recovery options. Since losing access, my contacts and I have noticed that scam messages are being sent from my account, which is damaging my reputation and putting other users at risk. I contacted Telegram support about this situation, but I have not received any response so far, and the account remains in the hands of the hacker. In this situation, I request that my hacked Telegram account be urgently reviewed and secured. I want Telegram to either help me recover access to my account or, if recovery is not possible, to immediately block or delete the compromised account to prevent any further misuse and protect other users from scams being sent in my name.
