I Pay ₺119 Monthly for LinkedIn Premium But Can’t Access Any Paid Features

I subscribed to LinkedIn Premium and have been charged ₺119 every month through my credit card. However, I haven’t been able to access a single premium feature despite being a paid member. None of the advertised benefits—like InMail credits, advanced search, or seeing who viewed my profile—are available to me.

This has been going on for months, and I feel like I’m being charged for a service I can’t use. I expected enhanced functionality with my subscription, but my account still behaves like a free membership. It’s frustrating and unfair to continue paying for something that simply doesn’t work.

I’m requesting one of two things: either convert my account into a fully functional professional membership with all Premium features unlocked, or refund the amount that has been charged and revert my account to the free version. I need this issue resolved immediately to prevent further loss.
