I Paid for Tinder But Messaging and Features Are Still Locked

I signed up for Tinder and paid ₺299, expecting to access premium features like messaging, visibility boosts, and other promised perks. But after payment, nothing has been unlocked. I can’t message anyone, and every time I try to use a feature, the app tells me to “upgrade” again—even though I already paid.

This is incredibly misleading. I don’t understand what I actually paid for because no new features were activated. The app feels like it’s just funneling users toward more payments without delivering what it promises in the first place.

Tinder, I need urgent support. Either activate the features I paid for or refund my ₺299 immediately. You can’t keep charging people for a membership that does absolutely nothing. This feels like a scam, and I’m demanding a full resolution right away.
