If you canceled LinkedIn Premium and are still being charged, you can stop the charges and request a refund by taking the following concrete steps:
• Log into your LinkedIn account from a browser, then go to Settings > Subscriptions & Payments and make sure the subscription is canceled. If it’s still active, cancel it again and take a screenshot as proof.
• Access your payment history at the website and review any charges made after the cancellation.
• Contact LinkedIn support: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/solve, selecting “Premium Account” > “Billing Issues”, and explain your case including dates and supporting evidence.
• At the same time, ask your bank to block future charges from LinkedIn and check if you can initiate a chargeback if the most recent debit was recent.
• Keep all evidence: cancellation emails, profile screenshots, dates, and bank statements.
❗ If none of the above solutions work, please share your experience. You can also file a complaint on Xolvie.
