LinkedIn Premium Subscription Charged Despite Cancellation
I was charged 999.99₺ for a LinkedIn Premium subscription even though I canceled during the trial period. This charge appeared without any prior email notification or explanation. I submitted a cancellation request through the App Store and expected the subscription to end before any payment was deducted.
This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I urgently request a full refund for the unauthorized charge and immediate confirmation that the subscription has been canceled. Please address this issue promptly, as I had no intention of continuing the subscription after the trial. I expect LinkedIn to provide better transparency and customer support in handling such matters.
