LinkedIn Premium Account Charged Me for Free Job Listing

I joined LinkedIn to post a job opening, therefore I subscribed to a Premium account. I entered my credit card information and was charged ₺1,785 for the Premium membership. I posted a job listing, but they charged an extra ₺12,000 for an already free listing that I activated today. I allocated a daily budget of ₺170 for promotion. When I received my credit card statement, I found an unlawful charge of ₺12,000. I can't find somebody to solve this problem. I urgently request a refund for the ₺12,000 payment, which is not mine. I had a similar billing error in January, but I didn't report because I assumed it was my mistake. However, this time it is beyond my control. Kindly assist me.
