Lifepoints Gift Card Redemption Failed — Points Deducted but No Reward Sent

On February 27, 2025, I requested a ₺100 Mavi Giyim gift card from Lifepoints Panel in exchange for 1,100 points. However, despite the time that has passed, the gift card has not been delivered, and my points were deducted from my account during the redemption process.

My username is f******@gmail.com**. I tried to report the issue through the system, but I haven’t received any response. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I feel unfairly treated.

I’m requesting that the ₺100 Mavi Giyim gift card be credited to my account as soon as possible and that my issue be resolved promptly.
