On 13/08/2025, I attempted to purchase a service through the PDF Guru mobile app via Google Play for 29.90₺. To my shock, instead of the correct amount, my card was charged a massive 2,099₺. The email address I used during the purchase was m*********@hotmail.com**.
I immediately contacted the company to report this issue, but I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication only adds to the frustration and makes the situation feel like negligence or worse, intentional exploitation.
I demand an immediate refund of the 2,099₺ that was wrongly taken from my account and an official explanation of how such an error could happen. A service that mischarges customers by such an extreme amount cannot be considered reliable. PDF Guru must urgently resolve this issue and take steps to ensure that no other customers experience the same problem.
