I am writing regarding an issue with an Amazon rewards gift card that I was supposed to receive from LifePoints but have still not received. On February 3rd, I redeemed 300 points for an Amazon rewards gift card, but the gift card has not been delivered to me. Despite waiting, I have not received any email, code, or credit related to this Amazon rewards gift card. I contacted support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. My LifePoints and Amazon accounts are registered in India. I kindly request that the missing Amazon rewards gift card corresponding to this reference and 300 points be sent to me as soon as possible, or that an appropriate solution be provided so I do not lose the points I spent.
