LifePoints Unfair Account Suspension After Redeeming Survey Rewards
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience on LifePoints. After spending considerable time completing surveys with authentic and thoughtful responses, my account was suddenly suspended without warning—right when I attempted to redeem my points for a voucher. Despite earning points through multiple surveys (which were clearly accepted at the time), LifePoints later claimed my participation “did not meet quality standards” and revoked both my account access and the voucher redemption. No specific explanation was provided, and repeated requests for clarification were met with vague responses citing “security reasons.” If my responses were truly substandard, why were points granted in the first place? The timing of the suspension—immediately after initiating a redemption—feels arbitrary and unfair. This not only wasted my time but also destroyed my trust in the platform. I urge LifePoints to provide transparent criteria for account suspensions and to treat genuine contributors with respect. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform to others and will be escalating my complaint through all available channels.
