Lifepoints Offers Only High-Value Rewards, Blocking Point Redemption

I am a Lifepoints user from South Africa, and I am experiencing a problem with the payout reward options. I currently have 613 Lifepoints and wanted to redeem them, but the only option shown to me is a Takealot gift card for 250 ZAR that requires 27,500 Lifepoints, which is obviously far more than the points I have. The system does not offer any other rewards, stores, or lower-value options that match or come close to my 613 Lifepoints balance. Because of this, I am unable to use the points I have fairly earned, and the platform gives me no alternative on how to spend them. I have not yet contacted customer support, as the issue appears to be related to how the reward options are set up for my account and country. I kindly request that Lifepoints provide additional and appropriate reward options that can be redeemed with my current balance of 613 Lifepoints, or adjust the system so that users in my situation can choose from more suitable rewards instead of being limited to an option that is completely out of reach.
