LG S12ETK Air Conditioner Installation Delay
Hello, After I bought the LG S12ETK Air Conditioner, it was sent to my house today. But when I tried to set up a quick installation appointment, the service center told me they could only give me a time slot three weeks from now, with no promise that the time slot would be available. It sounds like a joke, doesn't it? When I called LG's authorized service, they said the delay was because the weather was getting warmer. They might have said that the temperatures were too high. When selling electronic products, LG should give customers enough information about how long it will take to set up the product. If the installation is going to be late, why didn't they tell us ahead of time?
