I had high expectations for this garment, but it completely failed to deliver. In the past, when I've bought the exact same items, there were zero issues. There are flaws and distortions in the fabric that make it look like a rag. It's that bad, the trousers look to be completely ruined. paid a lot of money for this, and it's a shame that it turned out to be a terrible purchase. This clothing is unwearable due to a fatal fault in the fabric. That such a major flaw exists in a device with this price tag is inexcusable. I feel really cheated and unappreciated. It's not right that I have to pay for this, especially because it's not my fault that I made this purchase. The company need to acknowledge fault and provide redress. I'd want to return or exchange this product but am having trouble getting in touch with customer service. I hate that they make it so difficult to deal with emergencies.
