My New Zara Sweater Wore Out Quickly and I Am Demanding an Exchange

I recently purchased a sweater from Zara, and despite wearing it only a few times due to seasonal changes, it has already become severely deformed. I am shocked at the poor quality of a product that I paid a significant amount of money for.
This is not an issue related to washing, as I have sweaters in my closet that are nearly 10 years old and still in excellent condition. It is extremely disappointing that a brand like Zara, known for its fashion appeal, delivers such low durability in its products.
I am demanding an exchange for this defective sweater. Zara needs to stand behind the quality they advertise and offer a solution for loyal customers who expect better standards. I expect a prompt and fair resolution to this issue.

I’ve had one bad experience after another with Zara products lately, and I’m beyond frustrated. I bought a sweater—the colors bled into each other. I bought shoes—the texture warped. Another sweater shrank like it was made for a 5-year-old, even though I followed the washing instructions exactly. A ...
