Problems With My Lenovo Pc Warranty Extending

My Lenovo computer, which is still under warranty, is giving me a lot of trouble. The computer keeps shutting down apps for no reason, and it won't even turn on if the power is always on. It's like the computer is thinking for itself. Even worse, the computer turns back on after a few hours as if nothing had happened. I've been afraid to talk to customer service because I'm worried that the service will keep running as if nothing happened. It seems like the customer is always wrong, but the proud producers say otherwise. I'm very upset that things don't work like that. I feel like I should be worshiping a toaster instead of a PC at this point. I wish I had just burned all the money I spent on this computer to warm up like Escobar instead of dealing with this in the cold. It's a waste of time. I want a fix for these problems that keep happening with my Lenovo computer, which is still under warranty.
