Lenovo Gaming 3 PC Ongoing Static Electricity Problems



My Lenovo Gaming 3 PC keeps building up static electricity, which is causing the problem you can see in the photo I've attached. Each month, I send my device to the technical service center, and they assure me that they will fix the problem with static electricity before returning it to me. But the issue keeps coming up month after month. Whenever I ask about what's causing the problem and which part is to blame, I always get vague answers like "We got rid of the static and cleaned the fan." My device keeps getting all this annoying static buildup, and I just can't seem to shake this same error. I'm not getting the answers I want. It's really frustrating to have to pay ₺40,000 and still have to deal with all this inconvenience. If I come across the same issue again, I'll make sure to pursue a refund with legal interest by taking it to the Consumer Court.

Upon my complaint, a gentleman named Melih from Lenovo BDH company called me. He is uninformed about the processes, considers himself the most authoritative person there, and is rude. When we spoke previously, he talked to me in the same rude manner, arrogantly, and with his lack of technical knowledge, he claimed that my complaint was due to me and used the absurd expression that if you use the PC while charging when it is off, this situation will occur due to static electricity building up in the PC. Dealing with such an uninformed person who speaks rudely, he said you can complain wherever you want, if your situation is like this every time, you will send it to the service every time, and if the warranty expires, you will pay to get it fixed. I did not pay this money to send my PC to warranty every month and to deal with people who do not know how to talk to others and cannot solve problems. The person I am dealing with, Mr. Melih, possesses all these qualities. I request that the necessary action be taken regarding Mr. Melih, an employee of BDH, and the PC. If necessary, I will initiate legal action for both situations.
